INSTALLATION
1) Open OpenIV, go to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks, and drag and drop "nypdfuspack" (located in the ADD-ON PACK).
2) Now, go to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data, open the dlclist.xml and add at the end:
   <Item>dlcpacks:/nypdfuspack/</Item>
3) To finish, save dlclist.xml, close OpenIV, and open the GTAV game location. Go to Grand Theft Auto V\ELS, and drag and drop the files (located in "ELS").
4) Have fun !
