California Highway Patrol texture primarily created for usage on Pyro's patrol shirts, however is still compatible with EUP's standard shirts (except the tie versions) -
If you want VA plates you'll have to use a separate modification that adds that; the author ultimately has zero control over what plates the vehicle has unless they choose to use templated plates (which are extremely limited.) I would recommend using Tom3K's license plate pack. -
Good model that I looked forward to using however there are a plethora of issues including: - Black headlight housings (chrome pictured) - No headlight emissive (pic here) - Passenger spotlight isn't an extra like the driver one, so you're forced to have it up even though theres an option to have it folded, you just cant remove the up positioned one because it's not an extra. - You have two rear plates, the templated one and the normal GTA plate, they clip. - Not sure if this is intentional or not.. but your light control head is upside down.- 3 comments

The 2020 FPIU never had the navy blue scheme (to my knowledge) so that's why it isn't included. -
Change the Pearlescent in the vehicle color from Silver to Blue I don't think this is something that possible, because there are different things in different places, different fonts etc, but I could be able to make a reflective version for only my blue version.

I present to you, the Nevada Highway Patrol. This includes a few liveries using NHP's old navy blue scheme, hence why there are vehicles missing; as they never had the blue scheme. I highly recommend using @Scorpionfam's amazing San Andreas Highway Patrol pack for added authenticity.
