Here's a free FiveM ready Lspd badge with pens that I cooked up real quick. This is just a test for a lspd eup pack I plan on making. I just need to figure out the patch
then I can start working on it. The pens were scratch modeled by me. I will most likely remake the pens for the pack but that's still up in the air. 

Everything included in this file
badge ydd and ytd that is FiveM ready
texture to change on model (if you want to change the texture)
If you want to modify the badge texture then you are going to need to go to this site https://www.badgecreator.com/vb01.php and search for this style SB1902A.
Then you can make it how you like. 

The way you install the eup is just taking the two files in Installation Files and dropping them into your eup stream thats in your server

Use this however you like just give me credit for it
