Its my first time using this and i followed the install video,when my game is running and im trying to open rage it constantly crashes on hooking up game.
What can i do about this?

Installation problems?  Won't load?
If LSPDFR 0.4 isn't working for you, please try the following first before asking for help:
Install it on a legitimate and clean copy of the game (without other mods) Make sure that LSPDFR 0.3 is removed, as well as any other 0.3 plugins.  
Please do not ask for help installing LSPDFR if you have not done the above.

It seems other people have previously had this same issue.
 
Have you tried reinstalling ELS? I suggest giving that a try.
