Livery for the Blaine County Sheriff's Office. The livery is for the 2020 Ford Explorer and 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe. 
 
Inspired by the new liveries from Tarrant County Sheriff's Office where they currently have a black livery version for the Explorer and the white livery version for the Tahoe.
 
Liveries can be used most, if not all, models. Some may require minor editing on your part. I included templates in case you do have to do minor editing.
 
 

Hello everyone, it has been a while!
This is my first release in some time because I have spent the past few years studying and improving my 3D modeling skills. As a result of that effort, I am excited to share this new mod with you.
I will continue creating various mods in the future, not only for GTA V but also for the upcoming PC version of GTA VI, so I would greatly appreciate your support!
 
Features:
This mod adds fully scratch made polo shirts for GTA V and FiveM. All models were created by Hanako with clean textures, proper LODs, blood mapping, and other optimizations.
This pack includes the following four variations of polo shirts for both male and female characters (each variation also comes with a editable decal/patch mesh):
Short-sleeve Polo Shirt Short-sleeve Polo Shirt (with long-sleeve undershirt) Long-sleeve Polo Shirt Long-sleeve Polo Shirt (watch-compatible)
 

Note:
This mod is compatible only with the legacy versions of GTA V and FiveM.
 
Installation:
[Single Player]
1. Add poloshirtpack001 to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks using OpenIV
2. Go to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data and open dlclist.xml
3. Add the line <Item>dlcpacks:/poloshirtpack001/</Item> and save the file
Done!
 
In the game, using the trainer, change the "Jbib" to switch the shirt model and change the "Decal" to switch the emblem on the shoulder or chest. These are usually near the end of the list.
If the arm model clips through the clothing, switch to a short-sleeve or wrist-only version.
 
[FiveM]
1. Drag and drop all files in the [FiveM] folder to your stream folder
2. Done!

I do not play FiveM, so I cannot provide support for FiveM-related issues.
 
Terms of Use:
- Do not claim the model as your own.
- Unlocking, importing into 3D software, or converting the model for use in other games is strictly prohibited, even for personal use.
- Selling the model is prohibited.
- When releasing a retexture, do not include any 3D model files (such as YDD). Include only texture files (such as YTD, DDS, PNG, or JPEG), and make sure to provide proper credits.

Your shade of blue may differ depending on if you are using any graphic mods/presets. The blue on the Tahoe is intentionally darker compared to the Ford and Charger just like in real life. I should also ad that they do not use any Fords in their fleet so the 2020 FPIU is fictional in a sense.

5.11 Tactical bike patrol polo uniform top. File comes a polo top for Los Santos Police, Los Santos County, Blaine County, and San Andreas Highway Patrol. I have also included two blanks for anyone that wants to add their own agency to it. One is blue/black and one is yellow/black. 
 
Can be used for bike patrol or regular patrol use. This was my all time favorite uniform to wear when I was a police officer! 
 
 
**INSTALLATION GUIDE**
 
Installation for single player is to replace the YTD for jbib_002_u.ydd and jbib_003_u.ydd located at:
 
mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > eup > dlc.rpf > x64 > eup_componentpeds.rpf > mp_m_freemode_01_male_apt01
 
jbib_002 only has 3 ytd slots so any other ytd you want to replace will need to go into jbib_003 as both are polo shirts.
 

Pierce Arrow XT Los Santos County Fire Department skins
 
This pack has 3 Los Santos County Fire Department skins (Engine 22, Engine 37, and Engine 10) for the wonderful Pierce Arrow XT [non-els version] made by 0taku found here:
 
 
This should work on other ELS variants of the model as well like the fire engine used in dream Modifications [ELS] SAFD Pack 2.1 found here:
 
 
I personally use the ELS variant made by dream Modifications.
