    I never released the garland skin and that base is super outdated, it's not worth making a build out of when the end product will be low quality. The best based for that year model Tahoe is from GeorgieMoon and it is $100+ yes? edit the emissive textures to be all blue, It's not an included option since this is a IRL based pack.

    yes, thats the name of the DLC any pack you download that's a DLC, the dlclist.xml name is the name of the DLC pack.
