    1. Open IV
    2. GTA5
    1. Go to open IV and go to here: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5.
    2. Look for "vehicles.meta" make a backup.
    3. Drag & drop the "vehicles.meta" into open IV.
    4. Start GTA5.
