Solutions

  1. Space Mobs's post in LSPDFR Locker menu not opening + cant enter in police stations was marked as the answer   
    So by looking more into my .log i saw that something wasnt right with the peds components so i removed the .xml's that i modified from eup in Grand Theft Auto V/lspdfr/data/custom and now it works, its weird since back then everything was fine, maybe an lspdfr update broke everything
