HOW TO INSTALL
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks - patchday - dlc.rpf - x64 - levels - gta5 - vehicles.rpf
Drag and Drop the YTD and YFT Files from the folders of the cars you want to install
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

And your done. go ahead and load up your game!
 
HANDLING ISSUES?
If you're experiencing an issue where the car is a Rolley Polley after installing into the game, you'll have to change the Vehicle Handling Line in the VEHICLE.META file.
Change the Handling from FBI2 to BALLER2, I've included a navigation guide in the download.

Hello there! I'm back again with another Upload today !!! Today I bring you the LORE FRIENDLY version of the PCSO 2021 Chevy Tahoe PPV. The vehicle itself uses templated plates instead of In-Game plates. 

This download includes:
Vehicle template The Car obviously Window template ELS XML file  Vehicle.Meta File (To get the car to work)  
But feel free to leave any feedback whatsoever, as that helps me progress with this venture.

Here it is Gents, my very first els model. This venture was a long time coming with many trials and errors but im pleased to announce that it's finally here.  The model itself may not be up to some of your standards but that is why this is currently a WIP and in version 1.0. So this will be heavily redone once I get better parts. 

The car itself is bug free and does not have takedowns. I did that intentionally.
No the gray wheels aren't a bug. they are paintable through simple trainer. That is a feature that HP added to this model.

Any comments and/or constructive criticism is welcomed as I could use all if any feedback that could help me better my uploads in the future.

The texture is loosely based on Passaic PD, with a minor spin to it.
and they sport the traditional Black and White look most departments use here in NJ.
