    I've succesfully started the game with all my mods, except for one which heavily modifies police behaviour, not sure how it was fixed, but i recall the last thing i did before it was fixed, was that i started rage with LSPDFR disabled, then enabled it again and started it, which at that point started working, i don't think this might help anyone else who is in a similar trouble, but its exactly what i did, i'd like to thank Kate.Denson for giving me the initial help that (at least i think) got me in the right tracks to fix the issue.
