-Click the start button
-Settings > Privacy & Security > Virus & Threat Protection > Protection History
-Click the drop down arrow on the download that is blocked and then allow that file to be downloaded.

Dr. Newport got a reaction from NorichPlays in grammar police animation handler is crashing my gameI just dealt with the same issue. Try changing your call sign to something simple like 7-ADAM-12. Make sure you edit it in the custom folder. Hope this helps.
