Soon, I will be working on updating the current configs to fix some bugs that were reported in the comments. I also wanted to add a version for Policing Redefined and add support for LSPDFR Enhanced. I will be working on adding an .oiv file for easy installation, a completely optional method. Something I'll look into is adding an LSPD livery for the tow truck (because afaik the only livery is BCSO).

 
Provides XML files for proper ambient spawning and backup.
 
It is recommended to backup files before installing:

To install, drag and drop both folders into your GTAV root directory, replacing when prompted.
 
 
Features:
-    Proper backup for your current region.
-    Stations have you go on duty for their proper agency in their current region.
-    Proper ambient spawning for your current region.
-    A H.E.A.T backup & agency option for high-speed pursuits (U.B).

INSTALLING:
Open the .oiv with OpenIV and install it into the mods folder. (The .oiv assumes that you installed the vehicle pack without changing the DLC name)
 
OR
 
Using OpenIV, navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/MODDING/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/vehicles.rpf
Drag and drop the .ytd files into the directory (Make sure editing mode is on)
 
MODDING is the DLC folder used when installing Thero's state pack. 
 
 
This is my first attempt at making any kind of livery for a vehicle so feedback is appreciated.
All 7 vehicles for H.E.A.T have a custom livery.
 
I have customized XML files that utilize all the vehicles from Thero's Service Pack
During a pursuit, you can call for H.E.A.T backup in UB. There is also a H.E.A.T agency you can use.
I eventually plan to make H.E.A.T variants for clothes and add them to the peds.

Using the options that utilize all (or most) of JGrime's vehicles may cause major LOD issues. Mitigate this by disabling PreloadAllModels in LSPDFR settings or .ini. System hardware will also have an effect on performance. 
 
The XML files have been configured for all six options on Jurisdictions+ so JCookGrime's vehicle packs can ambiently spawn and give proper backup based on the option you chose.
 
Backup your files before installing Jurisdictions+ and then again before installing the modified XML files (just in case you don't like them)

This file only contains the modified XML files and will not install any dependencies for you. Dependencies will have their own files and required mods. 
Some vehicles weren't used at all and can safely be deleted if you experience texture loss or LOD issues. If you choose an option that doesn't contain special agencies like Vespucci Beach or Grapeseed you can delete those vehicles too. 
 
Installing:
Make sure all the required mods (and the mods required mods) are installed properly.
Drag and drop lspdfr and the plugins folder in your root GTAV folder.
Replace XML files when prompted.
