    I had the same issue with my EPIC version.
    I'm afraid i had to re-install..
    THIS IS FOR EPIC ONLY
    The 'trick' that should force an update is to delete GTAV.exe, and then connect with EPICgameLauncher, and it work untill the 'greenish-tint' is removed from the game-icon.
