This is a small tow truck I've been working on and finally releasing.
It's marked as SADOT pack in the files because I was originally planning to make this a bigger pack
and I probably will sometime in the future
All the lighting features shown in screenshots are available with ULC
so as always enjoy and lmk if you find issues!

HOW TO INSTALL FOR SINGLEPLAYER!!!

Vehicle Installation:
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Drag and drop the "sadot pack" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/sadot pack/</Item>
The trucks will now load ingame!
 
Stop The Ped Tow Truck Replacement:
Navigate to GTAV - plugins - LSPDFR - StopThePed.ini
When you open the INI. Look for the section near the bottom with the tag [TowService]
Here, you will want to change SmallTowTruckModel to SmallTowTruckModel=5500WRECKER
Now the ram will respond when called in by stop the ped

Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.

HOW TO INSTALL!!!

For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

This is a small little tow truck pack I've been working on for about 3 months. currently only including an F550 Rollback.
Hoping to add more to this in the future but we shall see.
This pack should work in both Singleplayer and Fivem as long as you install the correct version
This is also my first release that isn't police related so i hope you enjoy and lmk if you find issues!

I've tried clearing up anything confusing as best i could
 
Difference between "Static" and "Moving" Rollback
Moving rollback means that the bed will move using NUM 5 and NUM 8 (to be used with the flatbed script)
(use if your going to use yourself with the flatbed script)
 
Static rollback means that the bed will not move (for scripts where the car is teleported onto the bed)
(also might be prefered if you only want AI's to use the truck)

Flatbed Script Installation:
First, Install the rollback script from gta5-mods https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/flatbed-script
After you've succesfully installed that. 
in the download there will be a "Scripts" folder. you can drag and drop that into your directory.
Now you can do some good ole' towin!
 
Stop The Ped Flatbed Replacement:
Navigate to GTAV - plugins - LSPDFR - StopThePed.ini
When you open the INI. Look for the section near the bottom with the tag [TowService]
Here, you will want to change FLatbedTruckModel to FlatbedTruckModel=F550ROLLBACK
Then, go to the offset cordinates and make FlatbedOffset FlatbedOffset=0.0,-0.1,-0.1
Now they will respond properly when called and cars will not be floating!

Important!! If you want the silver doors/roof, they are transparent in the file, you must use either a trainer or the carvariations file to make it silver (value 4 for carvariations)
Or make it white or whatever but silver is the intended color.

And for those sticklers, I am aware that LAFD doesn’t have tower ladders or use Expeditions or Explorers, but I thought I would add some variety and things I like. 
I’m also aware on the command/battalion vehicles that the unit numbers are decaled on the windows and not on the body but obviously because of the limitations of not being able to change windows like liveries in-game, had to compromise.

About the Pack:
I have had this pack just sitting here for a while now. I started this project again, fixed some issues, replaced some outdated equipment, and now I have it ready to release. Again, since this pack is "older", I suspect that there will be some issues that were not discovered in testing. Please be patient and report all bugs so I can get them fixed ASAP. This pack was created with the image of a department that has lesser funding than others. I liked the idea of the "older" liberty I with the Dominator and the Avengers. I know this pack isn't super plentiful with the lighting, but I do believe this offers some realism to departments with minimal funding. The side runners were a last minute addition to spice up the pack, and give it a tad bit more lighting. I know the Pro-Guard pushbar is not commonly used, but I like creating content that is unique. About the Pack:
This pack was also originally created for my personal use in LSPDFR. I like the simplicity of the vehicles. This pack is California based, but not based on anywhere in particular. I'm aware that it may resemble and IRL department, but it was not done on purpose. I'm also aware that the material order for the dashcam is messed up in the screenshots, but it has been fixed in the download. I wanted to add more for variations for the charger, but for such a small jurisdiction, I wanted to keep this pack relatively small. If you all would like more variations for the charger, DM me. These vehicles do not have in-car radar units. I figured with the area that VPD would patrol, it would be more beneficial and cost efficient to use handhelds. This pack does come with red and blue lighting installed (Blue& Blue is included). All marked models come with corner lightbar cruise lights. All unmarked/slicktop models come with visor cruise lights.

About the Pack:
This pack was originally created for my personal use in LSPDFR. I really liked the vehicles and began to expand the pack. I wanted to try and keep the pack realistic with just the Charger and the Durango. A lot of departments do not have 30 different vehicle makes, but do have different purposes for a few different makes. I like that about this pack. This pack is not based on anywhere in particular, just a little bit of creativity. This pack does come with all blue lighting installed (Red & Blue is included). I know its not perfect, but I did spend a lot of time on this pack. The Marked Durango does not have the pillar mounted ions like the slicktop, traffic, and unmarked version do. I wanted to keep the lighting somewhat consistent between both of the marked vehicles. If you guys would like, I will add the pillar mounted ions to the Marked Durango too. For the traffic units, I know some will wonder why I left the flag on. I figured that it's quite obvious that it's a police car, so why not. I'm also aware that the material order for the dashcam is messed up in the screenshots, but it has been fixed in the download. About the Vehicle:
This vehicle was originally uploaded on 09/8/2018. To this day, It is still my most downloaded vehicle. I cannot thank you all enough for the support you have shown this file. This file has been continuously updated as my assets and skillset develops. Today, I'm prod to be able to release this vehicle with a complete overhaul. This vehicle has been completely redone from the tire up. The vehicle base has been changed along with many other developmental parts. This vehicle features the best equipment the modding community has to offer. Thank you to the amazing devs that put in countless hours. This vehicle still averages an insane amount of downloads DAILY. If you have previously used this vehicle, the old version will be included in the download should you choose to use it. Like I stated previously, all the lighting has been redone. I have tried to keep the lighting scheme similar for those who liked it how it was. The antennas have also been redone to reflect a more realistic police vehicle antenna setup. Check out the roadmap for projects coming in the near future. If you made a livery for the old version, it should still work with the new base.

This will be an expanding pack with more hospitals, volunteer squads, command vehicles, etc being added.
Right now there is a set for Blaine County Volunteer EMS (First Aid Squad). This is based on a real volunteer squad, and is accurate to their design schemes (i.e. the ambulance and non-ambulance liveries being slightly different, as well as different wording Ambulance vs First Aid Squad, before anyone takes my head off for the inconsistency)
I'm still compiling the packs I used for all these, but for the Blaine ones, it's Medic4523's Freightliners, Raz3r's Expedition and Tahoe, Kane104's FPIU, and OfficerUnderwood's CVPI.
There's also a 2 pack for Vinewood Hills volunteer ambulance, both are Medic4523 models.
There's one LSIA LSFD ambulance, using Redneck's model.
Finally for now, a set of SAHealth ambulance liveries, all using the color scheme from Ripple's Flycar Pack. I adapted it for ambulances, and added individual hospitals around the state as part of the system.

Just some simple texture changes. I present my Alberta Emergency Medical Services paramedic. Will replace the SAMR unifms in the EUP 8.3 Serve and Rescue pack. Simple replace the textures with the ones provided.

Full department mega pack, with older liveries, updated ones, and one much older Crown Vic livery. 
Gray parts are transparent, you MUST use a trainer, or modify your carvariations file for them to look correct. Change color with trainer to Metallic Dark Steel, or change default color in carvariations to 3. 
These are based off Manalapan, NJ, I really like their dark blue and dark gray color schemes. 
There's a full range of patrol liveries, a handful of supervisor liveries, a couple traffic units, and two K9 units.
Considering the residents and clientele of Rockford Hills, the fleet reflects the eco-conscious mentality of this wealthy area. As such, much of the fleet has been trending towards electrification and hybrids.

Expedition is from Medic4523's Command Cars pack on ModificationsUniverse, but the base is Raz3r and will fit their 2022 Expeditions.
Slicktop Mustang Mach-E is from Allen Development, not sure if it's still publicly available, but for whoever has it already, here's a skin.

Hybrid Lighting.  Uses a skin from my San Grimedreas pack, and an edited version of a different car from same pack.
 
The livery is not for everyone.  But the template is included.

I decided to update some of the textures for the base, and make it a Joint Base with elements from all the different service branches. As a result, a single service military police livery didn't work for me anymore so I put this together. It is based off the Joint Base Myer liveries but a little tweaked. 
As a bonus, I also included two aircraft liveries for transports to really bring it all together.

I guess I wasn't done with my statewide design theme after all. 
 
I'm starting off releasing all command/support/flycar liveries, and will be adding truck apparatus, aircraft, and boat liveries as I do them. I envisioned this lore version of SanFire as a support and command agency for local/county fire departments rather than a standalone department of their own, with a specialty in rural wildfires and investigation.
SanFire also encompasses the state Fire Marshal office, and liveries for marked vehicles are included. They also act as a regulatory and central command agency for all state EMS agencies, public and private.
I also added two older liveries, for a Crown Vic and GMC Suburban, currently assigned as backup/replacement vehicles with Fleet Services. I added what I think is a clever little detail of impressions of their former units removed/scratched off, and covered with Fleet Services instead. 
 
I'll add links for vehicle models as I compile them but in the meantime, these will fit:

I wanted to create more cohesion with my departments, so I put this together, to be a believable lore-friendly companion department to my SAHP livery pack I'd already done. I decided to re-do any of my state liveries to incorporate the diagonal color slash down the front doors with the department shield in the center. I'm working on a State Parks pack, as well as a small Capitol Police pack to complete the design theme. I also put for some of the older vehicles an "older" livery to show an in-universe transition between liveries, so that's why the late 90's and 00's vehicles have different liveries.

This is a pretty badass department and they deserve the recognition on lspdfr. I have big plans for this pack and hope to see it go far and suite your sheriff patrol needs. This would not have turned out nearly to how I wanted it without the help of @Medicmojo. Medicmojo did a fantastic stand up job on helping design the LSCSO Patch, making it almost a direct copy from the real life counterpart... With a little hidden easter egg within. IMPORTANT
I am aware of the issue with my design covering the license plate spot. Truth be told, its been a little difficult to find a license plate design that fits the models that different creators make. I will be experimenting some and trying to sort this out for you ASAP. edited 5/31/24
