    If your GTA V folder is clean (no mods or LML folder) do the following:

    1. Locate to Your User\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles
    2. Open the folder with the many numbers.
    3. Delete everything in it.
    4. Start the game.
    4.5. if R* Launcher asks you for "Cloud Saves" press No; choose Local Files.
    5. If you get loaded into Story Mode, first Mission, either play it or quit.
    6. Install this: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-v-100-savegame
     
    7. Profit.
