    Hi
    Is there a mod that can make NPC goes faster and spawn some high speeders?
    I am usually using speed traps but NPC are very slow and arent going more than 20MPH above the limit, there are going 15 above in rare cases, in freeway they are never exceeding 78MPH, you cant catch high speeders like IRL.
