LSPD First Response: [TRACE] Allowed civilian to shoot
Solution: UPDATE LSPDFR!
Many people had the same problem, updating LSPDFR should fix the problem. At least that was said in another forum-post, I'll try it out in a minute.
Here's the changelog from the devs:

RedFoxan got a reaction from ys42 in NPCs/Police officers doesn't shoot or attack?I have this problem : The NPCs doesn't shoot or attack me or any officers, they are just gunpointing me or sometimes approach me with a melee weapon and then running away.The NPCs shooting works without lspdfr loaded. (I use SuperCallouts) Help?
