Bro, open OPENIV go to mods, x64, audio, sfx and resident.rpf click on it, click on edit mode which is on top right hit yes, and drag and drop the vehicles.awc- 32 comments

umm there's a vehicles.awc click on resident.rpf open it drag and drop on the vehicles.awc make sure to intall the latest version not the old one, the old one has only wav files
