This is the vehicle they brought everyone in on the way to Hells Kitchen.
Maybe not the exact same vehicle but the same design of the vehicle in S12 E1
This isnt for exactly for great models this is because i wanted to make something and felt like making a Hells Kitchen vehicle LOL.

Steps:
1. Download both files
2. Replace the open Bearcat sign 1 skin with the Sert.png skin.

This file is a Military Police Toyota Hilux paddy wagon.
The original person whom made the model is the guy in the link below:
1.Download both files
2. Go to edit mode and press accept.
3.Go to open iv and Hilux sign 1 and replace it with my design.
