This is my own version of the ELS ini file to make the range longer in the ELS reflections. Given a wider range in all different Environments across LS ensuring you are vsiable at night from longer distances

This is a download of XML files that adjust ReportsPlus's charges and citations to fit California's charges and citations. Not a complete IRL copy. 
Let me know if you see any mistakes!

To install:
1. Open your ReportsPlusApplication folder.
2. Open "data" folder. 
3. Drag and drop my Charges.xml into the "data" folder. 
4. Click "Replace".
5. Done! 

This is a new livery I have created. This is part of the MLO UWU Cafe, the vehicle used is linked blow:

The livery is a new UWU Cafe delivery vehicle that took me a few hours to make. The livery does include a hood decal, side deals and logo as well as a full back livery with logos and details. Another vehicle livery will be uploaded along with this one soon.

If you want to use this in FiveM you are free to use this along with videos etc, just please credit me for the livery. Do not upload or claim this as your own work.
