    Alright. Let me know if issues persist, maybe it'll fix it.

    Try installing OIV (if you don't have it) and a custom gameconfig. SOMETIMES it helps.

    Does LSPDFR work at all? It would appear you haven't selected "load all plugins on startup" within the RAGE settings.

    If that isn't the case and you have, let me know and we'll start the normal troubleshoot.
