EPC allows you to use any device in your home network (e.g. a laptop, your mobile or just the same device you're playing LSPDFR on) as a modern MDT
Important notices: STP is no longer supported as PolicingRedefined is the new standard (you can still use STP, it just doesn't sync like PR does); Your old configuration files will no longer work - remove them; Node.js is no longer required because the server is now integrated into the LSPDFR plugin

Requirements
It is recommended to use PolicingRedefined and Callout Interface
 
Installation
Move all files and folders from the ZIP file into your GTA main directory
 
Setup
When going on duty using LSPDFR, ExternalPoliceComputer will display notifications in-game containing the addresses, used to access EPC
If you missed them, ExternalPoliceComputer also generates a file including the addresses: GTAV/EPC/ipAddresses.txt
You can access EPC using any browser of your choice (however I recommend a Chromium based browser, e.g. Chrome, Brave, etc.) by entering one of the addresses (if one doesn't work, try the other)

Setup using Steam
In Steam go to Steam → Settings → In Game
Make sure Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game is enabled
Set Overlay shortcut key(s) to whatever key you want to use to open ExternalPoliceComputer
Set Web browser home page to http://127.0.0.1:8080 (or the url provided by EPC)
 
Customization
You can customize your config.json, language.json, arrestOptions.json and citationOptions.json; all located in the EPC folder of your GTA main directory
The config can be customized on the customization page to avoid having to reload LSPDFR

Hey thank you for downloading my third vehicle pack! I hope you enjoy! I know there may be some hiccups and some errors with the textures no matter what I did I couldn't get it to fix so I was a little bummed about it, but it is what it is. This pack is 99.9% accurate to the real-life vehicles.
 
If you activate the extra_ten it will turn on the red steady burn light in the lightbar
If you press the right ALT and ] it will activate the alley lights.

Hello everyone
Today I am releasing my pack, Halifax Regional Police.
 
This pack contains vehicles most commonly found in Halifax, and lighting that closely resemble real life lighting
This pack contains some cars with ghost livery's, and also now has reflective license plates that I accidently made.
 As some may know that my next pack is to rebuild my Chicago police pack, it will include things I wanted in the original release but never made and and now will include even more. This will not be my final car pack, and I will be coming back to Nova Scotia again to make more cars from my home providence. I may even make my home town of New Glasgow.

ISP Update 7.0, the best update coming to this pack!
Starting from 7.0 and on, new updates will be coming to this pack to fix lighting, and add new lighting, new vehicles
updated interiors', and so on.
ISP 7.0's DLC archive has been rebuilt to support HYBRID vehicles with more realistic true to life lighting patterns ISP actually uses on this pack. I would like to personaly thank everyone who uses this pack, and enjoys it, while also providing feedback!

Hello everyone, back again with another rebuild.
 
I have decided to rebuild this pack, as it was my first ever and need some serious work, just like my CPD that I rebuilt.
This is by far the largest pack I have ever worked on at 44 cars. There were plans for 50 buut some cars were scrapped along the way. As far as I know of this is the largest DLC/REPLACE pack you can download on the website. If I am wrong let me know in the comments, with a link to it. But anyways enough of that.
This pack contains ALOT of fixes that were much needed for this pack, including broken lights, wrong lighting and spotlights.
 
This pack now contains proper lighting ISP uses on there cars (that D-15 uses on there cars) 
All skins have been remade to include proper decals, and colours for them
All license plates have been remade to be more lifelike
Most all of the cars contains a I-Pass transponder
Some of the cars have Admin skins or All black skins, which I think look nice
Mostly all of the cars contain at lease 2 to 4 different variations of the same car but all with different lighting, or wheel styles
Some of the cars with the new legacy bar have proper lighting pattern with steadyburns in the bar
Most cars now have at least one steady burn red light (so it will not flash, please don't report as it is not broken)
And some much more added to these cars including handling lines have all been redone.
 
As for using these cars in FiveM (as long as you ask). The steadyburn lights and strobe lights on some cars may not work. There is nothing I can do about this, as I do not provide support for FiveM.

Hello everyone, this was going to be a larger pack, however I messed up the lightbars z3d and can't be bothered to set it up the same and I'm fairly certain it would come out slightly different.

I've had this laying around for awhile now. It's not completely finished and I will revisit this to fix some of the cars not having plates and to add unmarked cars, but for now I wanted to get it out. 
 
Light patterns are accurate, if you want the speed to be accurate too, set your ELS flash delay to 22.

Ford Taurus Ford CVPI Ford Explorer Ford Expedition Chevrolet Tahoe  
I do know about the interior of the Explorer, and the textures for the Tahoe being messed up. I will roll out an update here soon enough that fixes both of those that were brought to my attention. Please let me know of any other issues!
