I fix it, i added arrest manager and it's working fine now, but i still dont know why it's not working without it, bcs i dont using arrest manager for more then year and it was working fine without it. But i'm still little bit annoyed bcs arrest manager takes my fps down af.

Hello i have problem with RPH, always when i start rph, every time I turn on gta rph tells me: insufficient permissions or bad antivirus.
And I tried everything, nvidia overlay, turn off antivirus, turn off the firewall, reinstall the game but nothing helped, I have had this problem for at least two years and I have never been able to run lspdfr
I watched all the videos scrolled all the forums, does anyone know what to do?

Hi everyone i have one question, is the installation of new version of rghp and lspdfr important for playing? I have old version and my game still works fine and plugins/new plugins too, i try to install new version day ago and my game doesn't work after install, so i use my old backup and still works fine. And my question is: it is worth it?

Yea soo, i removed every single file from dlcpacks (only with exception of patchday's m and n files and gta stuff) and it's working now so im gonna go with elimination method and adding every single file back one by one
