Lump

So I recently just downloaded Stop The Ped, And I realized that when I initiate a pursuit, or join in on a pursuit from dispatch, I can't see the target on the radar/map, I'm pretty new to lspdfr so IDK if it was me that caused this or if it's an actual bug, I've tried searching on the internet for some answers but I haven't found anything that I understand or anything that can help me, So if you guys have any tips like downloading a mod that allows me to see the targets on the radar again, or anything else, I'm all ears cause this is getting annoying and confusing. I'm trying to download a pack I saw a person giving a tutorial on in youtube, their BCSO skins, but for some reason when I pull up the EUP menu and go to wardrobe, There's not a single character that has a vest on, The characters that are supposed to be wearing a vest just have a glitched chest where the clothes are phasing through Here's the link of the download link and here's the tutorial I found on youtube I followed all of his steps but for some reason the vests aren't showing if you want to know what the characters that are supposed to have vests on look like, Ask me and I'll show you Thanks in advance for your time!
