Yours is outdated if you install that everything should work fine

A few steps you can do to maybe resolve that issue:

1. Go into your lspdfr.ini file and set Main.PreloadAllModels to false.
 
2. Remove any high poly vehicles. Anything above 200,000 may cause you issues.
 
3. Downgrade any 4K textures
 
4. Lower your texture quality in the GTAV settings.

A fork is a "clone" of a source code repository/project made by different people.
In my opinion it is only "updated" if the original repository (Albo1125/PoliceSmartRadio) was updated, regardless of who did it. Anyone can submit PR to the repository, and after Albo approves it, it's in the original repo.
The current "update" you mentioned is in a separate repository.

We call it a fork - another variant based on the original repository. Albo1125 is now making things for 5M.

Ich kann in deinem log keinen Crash sehen. Kannst du direkt nach einem LSPDFR (kein Game Crash) nochmal deinen log schicken? Andernfalls kann ich dir nicht weiterhelfen. Zu der Sache mit deinem mods Ordner, hast du das gelöst bekommen?

Folgendes ist zu tun:
 
Versuche GTA V ohne Rage zu starten und warte ab was passiert. Falls dein Game immer noch abstürzt, bennen deinen mods folder um zu _mods. Falls du einen hast. Anderenfalls meldest du dich nochmal.

Sehr gerrne : D. Dann wissen wir schonmal was das Problem ist. Dieses liegt nämlich im Mods Ordner. Da wird wohl irgendwas drinnen sein was dein Game zu abstürzen zwingt. Ich würde vorschlagen dass du den Mods Ordner neu machst und nach jeder mod die du installierst einmal guckst ob es noch crasht. Dann findest du schnell heraus woran es liegt und kannst das rückgängig machen
