I have had zero luck with adding mods. Anytime I try an add a mod, whether it be uniforms, vehicles, etc., all I manage do to is break the game. I have followed the instructions contained in the downloads and also followed instructions I've found in support forms with no luck. I also uninstalled and then installed the game and LSPDFR. That didn't resolve the issue either. I know for a fact it has to be something I'm doing. It works great for everyone else so I have decided I am the problem. Is there an easy way for someone like me to add mods?

I am using a legit copy of GTA V I have installed LSPDFR (newest version) I have installed Open IV and both ASI packages
