  1. 2 working ELS North yankton vehicles with codes 1-3

    i used a textures pack on different vehicles after trial and error for hours i was able to create 2 different north yankton vehicles with working code 1-2-3 ELS. couldnt find it anywhere with ELS. so using 2 different car packs and a texture pack i finally got it down. if anyone is interested in how or the if im able to just send the files they are all set up for POLICEOLD1 and POLICEOLD2 photos below..
