Every vehicle has unique numbers and plate numbers so each vehicle is a little different.
Each vehicle comes with a supervisor car.
The two Explorers come with K9 variants for your K9 patrols.
A ghost livery for the 13 Explorer.
The Crown Vic comes with a "crusty" variant, kind of adds some life to the pack.
AO maps on each texture so your vehicles look a bit better.

Inspired by a combination of different real-world liveries, I wanted a simple streamlined livery that stood out but had a realistic design as well.
The liveries included are transparent, in order to get the silver base, either use a trainer to change vehicle color or (preferable for AI use/uniform spawning) change carvariations file to make default spawn color silver (4). Bluish Silver also looks good, I've found.

This is the 2024 remaster of my most popular pack, including 21 vehicles based on the Los Angeles Police Department in California. I've tried my best to make the pack as accurate as possible, with the resources I have available. Unfortunately, there are still some things I couldn't get quite right, including interior setup, certain aspects of lighting patterns, and various equipment. The vehicles included in this pack are listed below.

     This release features a CVPI built around the theme of a small town traffic unit. This was made to just mess around with but many people have asked me to make it public so here it is. I themed the build around being a cheaper small town build with older styles of equipment inside and out. Like I said this was made to mess around so I made most of the parts and options as extras so it has a lot to play with but this also mean this will not work well with backup and is intended for Player use only. Hope you all enjoy this fun little release!

This Emergency Uniforms Pack (EUP) Backup Configuration "EUP Backup Configurations [9.3]" replicates the use of the lore-friendly police agencies and emergency services from Grand Theft Auto V for LSPDFR (Los Santos Police Department First Response) with the addition of all EUP Uniforms for your character and AI officers including a custom ambient spawning system for all jurisdictions!

INSTALLATION:

1. Start OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the mods folder
4. Move the provided folder inside: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
5. Locate 'dlclist.xml': mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
6. Open it and add the following line to the bottom: dlcpacks:\barylspd\
7. If done correctly, the mod should be ready to use.

Usage on MP servers is prohibited, however if you want to use it, just contact me on discord and ask for permission, vehicles are locked for safety reasons.

IMPORTANT NOTE: this pack uses all 32 available sirens, which means you will require the SirenSetting Limit Adjuster in order for them to work. If you don't have it installed then the lights will look dumb just like you for not having it. Anyway, moving on...
 
This is my very first vehicle upload and i decided to go with the Margate Police Department (Florida). The lighting may not be as interesting but i really loved the livery. I'm sure many of you will love it too.

ELS version features full scene mode (takedown and scene lights together), cruise function (lighting stage 1), "park pattern" (stage 2) and forced pattern when honking the horn. It includes optional lore friendly liveries for the Rockford Hills PD and Los Santos PD aswell.

The DLSv2 version of this pack features full scene mode, alley lighting, takedowns, cruise function (corners and full cruise), brake override, horn override, door kill and siren tone kill (meaning it will shut off when out of the vehicle). It also includes optional lore friendly liveries for the Rockford Hills PD and Los Santos PD.
 
IMPORTANT NOTE: Keep in mind that this pack works exclusively with DLSv2. DLSv1.4 configs won't work with this or any other vehicle pack that uses DLSv2 since the latter was completely reworked recently and, unfortunately, updating to the latest version would mean you'll have to get rid of your previous configs.

NOTE REGARDING CUSTOM LIVERIES: if you wish to add your own liveries, you will need to replace tahoe71_reflective with a transparent texture. Otherwise it will clip through it and it won't look right.
 
The lighting on this vehicle pack is based on its real life counterpart, but feel free to edit the carcols and make your own pattern. If you feel it's going too fast, you can also change the lighting's speed by editing the <sequencerBpm value="1180" /> line in the carcols.meta file. I suggest you to learn more about carcols before doing so.

This pack is based off of Nevada Highway Patrol and includes 11 cars with the option of them being reflective!
 
If your wondering which file to choose this will help you
Reflective:
Reflective overall looks better in game and decals light up like they would IRL 
(look at the 4 pics before the all blue pics for examples)

CAN'T CHANGE THE LIVERIES WITH REFLECTIVE!!
 
NON-Reflective:
This should be used if you plan on changing the liveries but decals wont light up

Having texture problems?
Check your graphics setting and make sure your Direct X version is on DX11. Anything lower and it will bug textures.
 
HOW TO INSTALL REPLACE VARIANT
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks - patchday24ng - dlc.rpf - x64 - levels - gta5 - vehicles.rpf
Drag and Drop the YTD and YFT Files from the folders of the cars you want to install
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!
 
HOW TO INSTALL ADDON VARIANT!!!
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Drag and drop the "SAHP NV Pack" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/SAHP NV Pack/</Item>
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

Highly recommend if you want the blue Design to use Alloy's livery pack!

This is my Georgia texture for the 2021 Camaro! Had fun making it and I hope you enjoy it!
Will say though that the vehicle is not at all accurate to the real Camaro that GSP uses, but it's good enough for me.
 
NOTE: You will need a trainer to change the color to silver. I use simple trainer.

With that out of the way, there is not much to say about this Tahoe, its well, a Tahoe, featuring a Westin Pushbar, Federal Signal, & Whelen Lighting. 
It also comes with a template in the download, so if you don't wanna use it as an unmarked, but a Slicktop, go ahead.
Blue / Blue is availiable, refer to the "Lighting Template".txt in the Templates folder.

Good morning. This is actually a recent project that I pretty much only finished for this release. 
 
I put way to much work into this vehicle for it to sit onto my hard drive, so might as well. 
 
This vehicle has two special features: 1. The Arges is animated to go up and down, just hold H. It does not go up or down over twenty-five miles per hour due to game limitations; 2. Modkit unit numbers changeable via the vehicle mods menu. 
 
The Arges is animated to go up and down, hold H. As stated, it does not go up or down over twenty-five miles per hour just due to game limitations. It will stay up over twenty-five miles per hour. The actual light is controlled via Extra #9, animations do not reset with extras being toggled on and off so it is recommended to put the Arges up and then turn on the extra. 

 
Changeable unit numbers is pretty much self-explanatory. If you're making a livery, be sure to extract the original livery from the .ytd to place the numbers over the numbers on the original livery for reference. 

 
No I will not change the pushbar, no I will not make more vehicles like this. 
 
Feel Free to convert to R/B, B/B, A/P. Just don't reupload it saying you made "Major Edits" to it

This mod overhauls the many rail crossings around the map and adds more railroad related props where they're needed.
 
Features:
Fixes the lights not flashing on the rear-side of rail crossings lights Greatly increases the brightness of rail crossing lights Additional lights, signage and gantry models All crossings have been improved with the addition of more lights, barriers, props etc New signals & buffers in places where they're missing  
This mod does not:
Remove any world props Fix the crossing barriers getting stuck when running at a high framerate  
NOT compatible with "Los Santos Rail Improvements"

There are a couple of crossings which Rockstar 'forgot' to add any actual functionality to them - ie. the lights don't flash nor do cars stop. I tried to fix this but sadly I don't think it's possible. Instead, these crossings have roadworks or other warning signs setup around them to at least make them realistic.

Installation instructions included in the readme file.
