This is a W.I.P. You can check out my progress here: https://www.lcpdfr.com/gallery/album/12633-my-wip-textures/ This pack has custom plates, multiple jurisdictions and units, including Grapeseed, Harmony, Paleto Bay, Sandyshores, DUI, H.E.A.T., Supervisor, K9, pride, and a recruiter car exclusive to Kane's 2020 FPIU. You can also change the colors on one of the Ghost cars. Vehicles in this pack: GM and Kane's 2016 FPIU GM and Kane's 20-26 FPIU GM and Matt's 18-22 Charger You are free to use in FiveM or if you're a vehicle developer, just give credit. I don't know if you got this fixed or not, but I changed "<Agency>bcso</Agency>" to "<Agency>lssd</Agency>" and it worked for me -
It was something in my mods folder and I had to delete it and reinstall my mods. Thanks for the help.

Alright I installed everything you mentioned, and that fixed the first issue. Everything is up to date, GTA folder has all permissions, and now it's crashing around 5 minutes of gameplay with AV off. RagePluginHook.log

When I try to reloadallplugins, LSPDFR will crash and throw an error, but if I reload again, everything will load in fine. I have VisualV, LSPDFR, Policing Redefined, RageNativeUI, DamageTrackerFramework, SirenSetting Limit Adjuster, WeaponLimitsAdjuster, PackfileLimitAdjuster, and HeapAdjuster installed.
