  1. OFFICER DJR's post in Rage Plugin Hook crashing on "Initializing texture system; phase 14" was marked as the answer   
    I can succesfully confirm the issue is NVE, after uninstalling NVE from my game I am now able to load LSPDFR properly and also load RPH. I currently cannot confirm if the new NVE patch released yesterday will work, but I will keep you updated and let you know once it has been installed.
