Why not innovate a little; for instance a Impala 9C1 non-els or a Taurus or even a BMW or Bugatti Veyron non ELS. Lt.Caine made a non ELS lightbar on one of his models I guess it could replace one of the ELS lightbars on a car, though I'm no moddeler so I don't really know whether it works like that, be great if it did tbh...

Sorry I wasn't clear enough, what I meant was there are only 8 non-ELS cars (I cant be honest to count exactly), this is gta4-mods.com btw, all the Hungarian cars and Bugatti's e.t.c are all ELS.

I know they are good, problem is if you count there are about 8. Minus the two FCV Precinct and HP unit which have handling and texture issues , you're left with 6. Not many at all. And from what I have seen and the impression I get no chance of new models either.

I like the models, very nice, I've tried a few already, the washington has just been dispatched on to LC streets :) Thankyou very much for sharing If I do get round to founding a site, could I have the honour of linking them?

Does anybody know of a website dedicated to non-els cars? With quite a broad range? Regularly developed interessting models? If not, would you (the fine people of LCPD:FR) be interessted in seeing one founded? I for one have no modelling experience so a decent modeller's experience may be definitely needed. If you do have any Non-els models to share, which are unique I would quite appreciate a link. Regards, Hench

SMPA60 is a texture error with one of your vehicle models, I seem to recall reading somewhere. I would reccomend rolling back to Default Vehicles the installing each car mod one at a time, this will soon comb out the offending mod. Secondly, from my experience, this error only happens, to me, when I modify the "Noose Cruiser" so if doing the above doesn't work, try leaving the Noose Cruiser alone. simple fix: don't tap the f8 button, press it ONCE, there is a slight delay of 30 seconds or so, when you want to go off duty same applies.

Ok I fixed both problems! By lowering my settings it allows my computer time to catch up. I changed and reduced the number of models (lt.caine is good but his models are poor in stability: lesson learnt). I upgraded to 0.95 to fix the button problems i had been experiencing. BTW: Lowered settings: Detail distance: 10 View distance: 10 Vehicle density: 20-30 Moderator please close the thread!

Hi new to the community but i have a problem; several as the title suggests. Well first I play on GTAIV, I have 0.91 working and running, I have ELSv5 (as i read it was more stable in conjuction with LCPD:FR) and I have 3 Lt.Caine models aswell as Traffic Flow v5. ok, So when i pull over a vehicle and approach driver window to announce my reason for the stop press my selection, NOTHING happens, my character just stands there. Is there any way to change the numpad selection to f9,f10,f11? Second, When i'm driving around liberty city detextures frequently, when arrests are made the whole city detextures so no road no buildings, just street lights and distant cars. My system is better than capable of running the game and several mods alongside it (this is from a PC expert I asked) PC Specs: Intel Core I5 @3.1 GHz 4GB DDr3 RAM Nvidia GeForce GTX260 300GB Hard Drive (124 GB free) I have tried lowering my View & Detail distance however this doesn't seem to help much.
