Lspdfr.dll crashes when game loading and i dont want to rename mods folder to _mods because when i rename it i dont have my addons RagePluginHook.log

When i go on duty Grammarpolice crash LSPD First Response.dll ( i know because i uninstall grammarpolice and work )

So yes, First in folder "ELS>Pack_default" place file named "police2.xml" Step 2. OIV in openiv and install it in "mods" its all
