I figured out I was too dumb to put it in a wrong section of the folder.

Ok, so I know that you're not really supposed to post in like really old threads or posts, but I have the same Issue, ALTHOUGH the Sirens stop working after maybe 20 minutes of gameplay. The AI Cars still have Sirens, only the player can't turn them on. Tried the "Solutions" but nothing worked.

The title says it all. I just download a fresh new install of GTA V and pumped a bunch of mods in there, one of them being ELS. After Installing some vehicles, I put the VCF's in the Pack_Default folder in the ELS folder. I join the game expecting to see the beautiful lights, but all I get is the default siren (I replaced it with the Fed Sig 2000 LAPD Siren) and the lights not working. No beeps when pressing J, no Lock nor any Lights, except for the Tail and the Front Lights. Am I desperate for a solution? Yes. I really have NO clue on what is going on with the ELS, it has always worked properly before, and now it suddenly acts up. EDIT: I FOUND OUT I WAS TOO DUMB TO NOT PUT IT INSIDE THE FOLDER BUT OUTSIDE OF THE FOLDER (THE FIRST LAYER OF THE ELS FOLDER).. Howdy.

Indeed. Now perfect, just found out scripthookV isn't updated for the latest GTA V Verison. Wow!

Note that the Reflections (the Things on the Wall) Are in the Colour the LIGHT is Supposed to be.

Sure, gotta go through hell starting LSPD:FR up 😛 Here. It is on all Vehicles that the Colour is extremely Washed out, but ESPECIALLY on the CVPI it's only showing Slight Yellow.

As seen the problem occurs while running Lively World. I see that everything else is working fine, it seems like it's a fatal bug in THE MOD ITSELF. I'd recommend try contacting the Owner/Worker from the Mod. Otherwise i'll be happy to help!

Open OpenIV and go to mods \ update \ update \ common \ data. Extract "visualsettings.dat" to your desktop and open it. Find the following "car.defaultlight.emissive.on", there will be a day and night option. For day, change it to 6000.00. For night, change to 1500.00, then save. Now, in OpenIV, click "edit mode" and drag the edited visualsettings.dat back to where you got it from. Click "edit mode" again and you can close OpenIV and go in game.

Try using a Lower Version of NaturalVision?

Hm, in that case i'd recommend you verify your game-Files and or replace the Old Clothing Files with the Downloaded Pack (LSPD PACK). Or you might have to reinstall GTA V, since that resets all Uniforms. Just make sure to Copy All the Mods/Plugins you have.

Make sure to replace the Files of the Original Sirens, and also try re-installing ELS.

Try Reinstalling LivelyWorld

Make sure you have Heap Adjuster Installed. Otherwise I recommend reinstalling all Plugins.

Okay,for this you need to replace the Main Clothing Textures of the Main Game. This might just work:

So everything was going pretty fine for the last 3-4 Days considering my FPS being at 30-40 stable, not dropping any Number at any Place. Problems started yesterday, as I booted the Launcher up (RAGE) and wanted to play. The Game lags for the first 15-20 Seconds while loading LSPDFR & Co. At first it seemed like the Game has it's regular stutters (which come with LSPD:FR) but after waiting for about 5 Minutes (The Time usually eveything should run smoothly, It stuttered forever, making the Game un-playable. I think everyone can agree that stuttering of this Size can ruin your Motivation to Play. I spent 3 Hours of my Life, trying to search the Internet on possible Solutions, with no Luck. I even updated/reinstalled LSPD:FR+All Plugins+All Callouts I even installed a so-called "Stutter Remover" https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/gta-srl-stutter-removal-launcher which didn't fix it at all, aswell as a "FPS Booster" https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/gta-5-fps-booster which ALSO didn't make anything. My last resort was turning down all my Graphics making my Picture look like a Garbage Can. N O T H I N G I updated my Drivers, I updated my PC I did everything that could possibly fix this Issue, only to leave me there with a Stuttery GTA 5 in General. Have you tried Albo123's LSPD:FR Trouble-Shooter? You might aswell have Corrupted Files in your Root Folder Causing it to crash.
