    Figured out and im leaving this here for those who have this happen to them. Turns out i found out what it was. I installed  blueghost DLC pack and for some reason it added itself onto my ''extratitleupdatedata'' file, i had a clean copy so i copied the clean copy's version of it onto my modded LSPDFR folder and it solved everything. Everything is now back to normal.

    Find the solution, i edited something in foresty callouts which caused my game to act up. Its solved.

    Just fixed it, all i did was uninstall Menyoo. Nevermind.
