    ok i got the v2 snow mod on one of my copys on gta iv incase your wondering i got 3 copys of my store bought gta iv on my pc 1 is new york 2 is la & 3 is the winter new york using the snow mod

    anyway here is my issue the snow mod v2 on gta garage is broke it has a broken img file in it there was a installer made by bw but it was a torrent & when i try to download it it won't seed in a torrent application

    so i was wondering if anyone might have the installer bw made found on gta forums in a non torrent they could send me or maybe a fully working copy of the snow mod v2

    in the version i got installed now with the broken img file only half my map is snowed & my cars handle the same i was hoping to get it working so i could play it in the winter any help would be great i asked for yhe image file on gta forums & asked for the install but they ignored it

    As for the cars handling part, you have to install that new handling file in or else the handling will still be the same as if you're driving on normal road.
