Brief Description
This was a project I have done a long time ago and decided to remake it from scratch. I am deciding to release it here for anyone that is interested in NYPD cars in general. Installation
1. Go to OpenIV and navigate to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Drag and drop "nypdpack" inside the dlcpacks
3. Navigate back to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
4. Find dlclist.xml and right click on edit
5. Add this line to the last entry: <Item>dlcpacks:/nypdpackv2/</Item> then click save
6. Drag the VCFs file into Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
 
Tips:
Use simple trainer to spawn in the vehicles.
Vehicle livery #3 is the transparent livery for all vehicles!! Meaning you can change it to any color you like using the trainer.
Vehicles have extras! Extralist is included. 
If you want this pack to be a replacement, rename to desired car slot and replace the .metas as some cars use cusotm carcols, vehicles, etc. 
Cars already have tints on them, no need to add tint in trainer or it will not show any lights.

This is the 2024 remaster of my most popular pack, including 21 vehicles based on the Los Angeles Police Department in California. I've tried my best to make the pack as accurate as possible, with the resources I have available. Whats up everybody, Got another Vehicle for you all, Its a Lambo Urus!! Dont think ive ever seen one released yet so here yall go!! I made this yesterday as a sleek looking slicktop, it dosent have alot of bells and whistles as its a Lambo, but it does have a laptop, radar, and some alprs if you wanna run some plate readers, It has 2 Livery's One speed enforcement and another plain jane livery so you can do some undercover work!!, Stage 2 messed up on me as usual, but figured id release it and hope some of yous will enjoy it, As for flaws, theres a couple,  i tried for the life of me to get the takedowns to shine forward but unfortunately there staying backwards, So i disabled them, they will be fixed later on, and your hands dont sit on the steering wheel and dials dont move. Besides that i think i did an ok job on it. None the less, enjoy it. I will see you all on the next release!!! Credits are in the README file!!!
