    HOW HARD IS IT TO POST IN THE RIGHT PLACE!!?!!?

    MOVED AND INFRACTIONED.


    Now, that error is caused by either not running the installer as administrator or the GTA folders being read-only.
    You'll have to uncheck the read-only option, please Google around to see how do to this. It's not difficult.
