Good morning, afternoon, evening, or night depends on when you are reading this. I am back with my newest vehicle creation. These vehicles comes with the same animations as my previous release except now with working front windows you can roll up or down as you desire. It also comes with working interior dome light. These vehicles is based off of my imagination. I took extra care into making sure everything is up to par before release. F.Y.I. if you wish to know how to get the wipers to work just copy and paste the link into your search bar and download and install the script into your gta 5 folder and drop vehfuncs v folder in gta 5 folder overidding existing folder and that's it. If you wish to know how to roll windows up and down, on controller hold right on d-pad, on keyboard hold h. There's also a els texture for those who like all blue and being that the red and blue lighting sync with one another the lighting is therefore blue and white but amazing. Vehicles are dlc and also made to replace sheriff and sheriff2 slots. Here's a quick vid of vehicles.
 
 

Semester is over and I can finally get back into something fun! This is a texture pack for the Virginia State Police. I live in Hampton Roads and see the new rollout of the VSP so I wanted to make one for anyone else who lives in VA or is looking for a cool pack. This is a texture pack for my current city Norfolk, VA. This is not completely accurate but they are very close. These textures fit most any 2021 FPIU, 2017 Tahoe, Caprice, 2022 Jeep, and 2021 Tahoe.

My best friend with whom I deployed to Iraq with, recently returned home from another trip overseas. To celebrate I figured I would create a pack for the city he currently resides in. I feel this is the best pack that I have made thus far but would really love constructive criticism and/or helpful tips to make future packs better. I tend to use the same developers because they are the best at this in my opinion. The texture isn't an exact replica (I added my own small flavor). I really hope you all enjoy this pack and hope to see photos of its usage in game!!

I'm officially on spring break so I made a pack for a city I use to live in which is Charlotte, North Carolina. I am still learning and would love feedback from anyone who makes textures and sees this. I hope you enjoy! Below are the vehicles that I used for these cars.
 
 

Hey again everyone! This is my second "big" texture pack. I chose the Maryland State Police and felt they turned out great. If you like it, download it. Give me some suggestions or pointers (if you make the textures also, otherwise start making them like I did). This is my first texture pack that I have made, please let me know of any feedback/suggestions for improvements and/or requests. I mainly would like to focus creating textures for these vehicle models, Chargers, Tahoes, Explorers/FPIU, Durangos, and Challengers. But will create textures on other models if requested.  I will be updating this pack into adding more variety of models in the future.

All 2021 models of these vehicles should work depending on their template design.
NOTE: Any side runners on any 2021 Chargers will cover up part of the bottom texture of the vehicle. This texture was created by the idea of no siderunners.

Installation:
1. mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks >YOUR PATCHDAY > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf
2. Open the .ytd file of the vehicle you want to change by double clicking or right clicking and hitting edit
3. Scroll through until you find e.g. 21inter_sign_1/chgr_sign_1 and right click and hit replace
4. In my folder just make sure that the first name e.g. 21inter/chgr are the same. The "sign_1,2,3,4" can be whatever when replacing. Then hit save.

This is a texture pack I threw together. It is based off of the Hanover County Sheriff's Office near Richmond, VA. I know that it isn't entirely accurate but I am still learning. The textures fit an array of vehicles but the ones linked below are the models I used in the  Hope you all enjoy!
