    This pack is the same deal as the last... I started this pack almost a year ago and have completely forgot about it until today. I had made these skins to use in LSPDFR so truthfully they aren't the highest quality but in my opinion still decent, so don't be too hard on me... The plan was to make this a full pack with custom made Rigs and EUP by me but I have had no time recently and lost my drive to do so. Some day in the future I might come and finish this pack untill then maybe feel free to pick up where I left off? Regardless Thanks for checking it out and hope you enjoy!
     
    Raw .PSD's are included aswell for your convinince if you decide to edit it.
