Is there a way ro reduce the amount of police that patrol LC? Whenever I get into a pursuit they automatically join and do more harm to me and other cops then the actual criminal. Alternitively, is there a way I can disable police from automatically joining pursuits?

Is there a mod that makes more or more detailed callouts? cause I'm getting kinda tired of the same things in the same places...

Everything in the mod works for me, except one thing: i cant pull people over. I would go up behind them beep, siren, push, follow and nothing would happen. I'm not sure why it wont let me pull them over (they wont even go to side of road), because literally everything ELSE in the mod works fine. PLEASE HELP
