Coming at you with something a little bit different.
 
Most importantly I have muted ALOT of unused or rarely used files in this OAC. Therefore If you use this with Non-ELS you may have some issues. My vehicle oac when installed is 15.252 kb. So even if you don't like the siren download the file and replace the provided siren in the oac with a siren of your choice.
 
I have put together a FedSig Unitrol Omega 8001 for myself and decided to release it to you guys.
 
ALL SOUNDS HAVE BEEN BOOSTED TO BE LOUD IN GAME

While there is a little bit of interference in the video I cleaned up the audio and was able to get the sounds to loop pretty well I think.

Trouble Shooting with texture popping and/or loss.
 
Q: My game losses textures when I use your liveries.
A: Make sure the vehicle is within the 25Mb hard limit. If issue persist get a better game config or lower texture quality via pause menu> graphic settings.

Decided to try my hand at making textures. These are my first ever textures so if they're bad, that's why. I only use gimp so if it looks like they are rather... basic that is also why. Really just wanted to see what I could do. These textures will only fit KANE104 base Caprice. NOT HIM1250 or POLICESCO. I might continue with making more skins just don't know what yet. Got the hood arrows from Idahos cars and just kind of did my own thing with it. Again this is my own work and is not based off of anything real.
 
Huge shout out to @Torz For giving me motivation and supporting me. 
 
Installation: rename file to what ever the livery is, so for TrentMUs Caprice yolo slicktop it'd be "Caprice", drop it in the YTD and save
 
There are several parts to this:
4K and 2K rez textures
Supervisor, Gang Unit, and Patrol each with shadow variants.
 
Divisions for a majority of S.A.:
Los Santos Metro and County
Blaine County
LSIA
Paleto bay
Highway
Commercial Vehicle
No subdivision
