    The OP is asking if it will. They have not yet installed LCPDFR so they are therefore not having any issues. 

    No, LCPDFR does not affect your computer in the way you describe.
     
    Cookies are produced when browsing the web, not downloading software and LCPDFR does not affect windows itself.
     
    There is an option to install additional sponsored software when installing LCPDFR, just decline it if you do not want it.
