    All are ELS.

    If you are having issues with the glass being black:
     
    Navigate to:
     
    mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
     
    Open/Edit the vehicles.meta file
     
    Look for the vehicle you are having the issue with:
     
    *fbi
    *fbi2
    *lguard
    *police4
    *policeb
    *pranger
    *sheriff2
     
    Find the line <diffuseTint value="0x00xxxxxx" />
     
    Copy and Paste 
     
    <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />
     
     
     
    For each car you have the issue with.
     
    Sorry that there isn't any easier way. Until I find a better way. This is how it needs to be done.
