I did a fresh clean install of LSPDFR, and it's still crashing/loosing textures as soon as I go on duty. The invalid vehicles just haven't been replaced yet in Ultimate Backup.

Yeah, I got frustrated and deleted and reinstalled a fresh install of my mods folder. I really appreciate your quick response! The issue was the mods folder itself, but now I'm not having any issues everything seems to be back working normally again. Thank you so much!

That actually worked, but now all my installed vehicles have somehow disappeared and it keeps asking me to copy things into my mod folder.
