Hello everyone I'm back! I think this is the fastest I have ever made a vehicle. Well this time I have made a Legacy 16 FPIU. I haven't seen to many of these made, but I'm sure it already exists. I have been working hard at this for a week now and with the help of Emuracer#0443 (Who did the lighting patterns and screenshots) I'm happy to say it's ready! As normal extras area s follows:
 
Extra 1 - Lightbar
Extra 2 - Visor Bar
Extra 3 - Deck Lights
Extra 4 - Rear Deck Lights
Extra 5 - Push-bar w/ lights
Extra 6 - Push-bar Wraps
Extra 7 - Push-bar Wings
Extra 8 - Rotatable Spotlight
Extra 9 -  Spotlights Closed
Extra 10 - Grill Lights
Extra 11 - Antennas
Extra 12 - ALPR Camera system

Features:
360 Degree environmental lighting
180 Degree Rotatable Spotlight with working environmental lighting 
2 Versions of carcols, one faster than the other with built in timing. To use the faster one rename the carcols-finch.meta file to carcols.meta.
 
Versions:
A Red and Blue version is included as well as a Blue and Blue version.

Hello everyone. It's been a long time since I have made a post on LSPDFR since I have been really busy with life and school, but I'm finally back. This time around I have learned a lot about the vehicle modding process and I can definitely say this is my best model ever. It has custom parts from all over the development community, and even some parts are made in house. I'm very proud to release this today. Here is a brief summary of what is included.

Ok ok ok, so I'm learning rn, and my license key kinda expired. I figured I would get something out, and once I can afford a new key, I will update it. So enjoy.
 
Here are a few things that are broken:
 
Lights, they don't work properly.
Some extras are broken.
Spotlights don't work.
 
So use at your own risk.
 
This is a joke model, If this get's any downloads I'm gonna be impressed.
 
Ok, I know this isn't my usual quality, but I mean it's decent if you don't use lights. Have fun.
 
Again, once I get a new key I will fix all the issues and make a new post.

I would like to say sorry this is the only picture I have rn, my friend asked me to make him a Tahoe and requested a livery that looked like this, just releasing the livery, not ready to release the Tahoe yet.

No parts where ripped or altered from his livery, I hand made all of the parts in photoshop however, they are made to look very similar, and yes I did read his TOS, which said don't rip or alter and I don't consider this ripping or altering because I did not take anything off his vehicle. If I'm in the wrong for posting this I will take it down, but like I said, I don't think I did anything wrong other than use his idea on another base. sooooooooo yeah.

2) Open OpenIV and navigate to the folder where your YTD file is located. 
    2B) Don't have OpenIV, go here: https://openiv.com/
3) Turn edit mode on.
4) Open the YTD file and in the search bar type sign to locate the livery you want to replace.
5) Press the replace button and locate the PNG file that was sent to you with this package.
6) Select the PNG.
7) In OpenIV, press save.
😎 Transfer the YTD file onto your server in replace of the one provided with the vehicle.
9) Restart your server or restart the resource.
