How to install:
-Drag and drop all the .wtd and .wft files into vehicle.img through OpenIV
-Add all the lines in car lines.txt to their corresponding data file
-You're good to go!

A mod the changes all police cars (including Noose cars) to updated newer ones with a livery made by me inspired by Defender pack by Bozza
The mod includes police3 & police4 which exist normally in TBoGT but do not spawn in traffic or chases (have to be spawned by a trainer)
