First see if the game works without the add-on file. If that doesn't work then copy your back up common folder from 1.0.7 and replace everything from your main files and see if it works! 

Hello guys. I'm going a show you how to fix Failed to find savegame crash LCPDFR.
 
Step 1 = Go to your documents , Find "Rockstar Games" and Delete it.
 
Step 2 = Uninstall LCPDFR , then Reinstall LCPDFR. Because LCPDFR saves your savegame. We need latest files for mod. 
 
Step 3 = Start the game. Play first scene , DO NOT SAVE GAME. LCPDFR will crash later!. 
 
Step 4 = Quit the game. Then enter the game. Because the new file that we saved. must be opened from the beginning.

It doesn't work to me, crashes as soon as first dialogue shows up and then the same error keeps occuring. Also, I gotta say GTA launches properly with out LCPDFR...

Wait. Are you telling me to delete my Rockstar games folder? Isnt that like really important
