BaitCarPlus — smart, stable bait-car gameplay for LSPDFR
 
Arm any vehicle (including addons), step outside the stand-off radius (map/minimap), and let a thief take the bait. Suspects are arrestable, never selected from authority peds, and tracked with a clean blip. Delivery feels natural: a driver brings the car to you, stops, exits, walks away, and despawns. You can also recall the car to follow your vehicle on demand. Everything is INI-tunable.
