Ok im sure i did something in the INI to mess it up but for the life of me i cant see it. Ya know when peds are running from you and you hold a gun or taser at them and hold a key or right on the d pad down and the red bar shows up and they finally put their hands up and stop? I cannot get that to work??? What am i doing wrong here?

I am very new to this website but not LSPDFR. so basically I know how to set the custom cars like police police2 etc So that changes the endgame vehicle models for NPC’s to my only question is how do I do it for the highway patrol I know how to do it for every other agency except that one. Any help is appreciated!!
