This was originally planned to be a pack but decided to move on with a different concept so here you are with another free release.

New Jersey based San Andreas Plate Textures
 
Description:
This is a New Jersey based license plate pack.
The only reason why I made this is because I couldn’t find a LORE friendly plate texture pack based on New Jersey.
So here we are.

So here's my NJSP Mini Pack. These were obviously skins after NJSP. I took the time to detail these and make these as accurate as possible.
These currently are non-lore and for certain vehicles, however..... you can message me on discord JerzyTim#1327 and I can make the fit whatever vehicle and make them lore if you'd like.
These were skinned using Redneck and XBR Vehicles, as stated above I will make them fit whatever vehicle you are using if needed.

New Jersey State Trooper
 
This uniform is a player uniform and is compatible ONLY with EUP 8.2 
It will NOT work for any previous versions.
 
Included in this file is a read me text document to help you install it correctly.
 
Unfortunately I was not able to find a hat model to use for the correct state trooper hat that the New Jersey Troopers use. So this uniform comes without one.

Install: 
1. Go to the patchday that has the vehicle's file that you want to replace using OpenIV
2. Open the .ytd file for that vehicle using OpenIV Make sure edit mode is on
3. Simply drag and drop the .png file for the vehicle you want to replace into the texture viewer
4. Open the game
 
NOTE: If you are using a car different from the one that I used in the screenshots (listed below) you MAY have to rename the .png file. Just find the texture file for the car you want to use in the .ytd file (you can usually just search the word "sign" in the search box and find it) and rename the .png file to the correct file name.

NOTE: There are skins in 4K and may reduce FPS.
 
If the vehicle model came with install instructions, refer to those. If not read below.
 
Install: OpenIV > GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday22ng (or latest patchday) > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf
-Turn on "Edit Mode"
-Right click on the .ytd and click "Edit"
-Replace all liveries for the models (NOTE: Use the vehicles that I provided below as it may not fit if you use a different vehicle.)

This file will replace your Grand Theft Auto V loading screen music with the theme from the show "Cops™" 

Installation: Drag the "cops theme loading music" folder to your desktop and launch OpenIV, then go to "x64">"audio">"sfx">"PROLOGUE.rpf", then select "new" and then "Import openFormats" and select "td_loading_music.oac" from the folder on your desktop. Enjoy!

Whats up all, im back with a Mopar HP Unit pack, Hope you enjoy them. Kept them simple for this pack, slicktop!
Yes theres a couple of flaws that others will see, But im still learning the ropes of Creating vehicles, So bare with me .. Anywho i do hope you all enjoy this pack, Leave back some feed back and i will prob update this in the future, with a lightbar or make them blue and white, Who knows... Here is an LSPD Livery I made up for my game and decided to share. It is made for vehicles from Ripple's Valor pack, Ripple's Liberty pack, and Redneck's Whelen pack, but should work on a lot more. Each sedan in this pack has at least 2 patrol units, each suv/pickup has at least 1 patrol unit and 1 supervisor unit, and various vehicles have K-9 units.
